2 lbs. hamburger
1 c. water
2 T. Morton's Tender Quick
1 1/2 T. Wright's BBQ Smoke
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. onion powder
pinch of sage

Directions:
Directions:
Oven: 300º ~ Yield: 3 small loaves
Dissolve all seasonings in water and add to meat. Form into three (6-inch) loaves. Refrigerate 24 hours. Bring to room temperature (1 hour) and bake on broiler pan for 2 hours. Cool. Store in the refrigerator.
