5 lbs. potatoes, peeled and boiled
1/4 cup real bacon bits
1 (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup melted butter
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mash potatoes, cream cheese, butter and sour cream until smooth. Add bacon, onion, salt and pepper. Put into a greased casserole dish, top with 1/2 cup cheddar cheese and bacon. Bake in a 350º oven for 30 minutes.
