2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 cup cold water
2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup salad dressing

Frosting:
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup cocoa
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup butter
2 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, sugar, soda, baking powder and cocoa. Add water, vanilla and salad dressing. Mix until well blended. Spray 9x13" pan and pour in batter. Bake at 350º for 25-30 minutes.

For frosting: Mix sugar, cocoa, milk and butter in sauce pan. Boil together for 1 1/2 minutes. Stir until cool.
