2¼ c bread flour
2 T sugar
1 T dry milk
1 t salt
1 T butter
7/8 c water
1 t dry yeast
Directions:
Directions:
Put first six ingredients into bread container in order listed. Put yeast into yeast container.

Choose baking setting and bake until ready.

You can also make a dough using this recipe and the dough setting. Shape dough into rolls or sticks, let rise 1 hours, brush with an egg wash and bake for 10 - 15 minutes at 425º.
