Ingredients:  
3 cups mashed cooked sweet potatoes
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup milk
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
2 egg whites

Topping:
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup flour
2 tbsp. chilled butter
1/3 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 7 ingredients together and place in a 9x9 casserole dish.

Cut the topping ingredients together, (brown sugar, four and butter) mix and sprinkle on top of sweet potatoes. Then sprinkle chopped pecans on top. Bake uncovered at 350º for 30 minutes.
