3 eggs whipped
3/4 cup sour cream
1 small can sliced olives, drained
Broccoli and Cauliflower (about 10 ounces) sliced
salt and pepper to taste
2 tsp. parsley fresh or dried
paprika
3/4 cup grated cheese
1 unbaked pie crust, thawed (or make your own from scratch).

Preheat oven to 400º
Bake shell for 9 minutes and then take it out to cool.
Reduce temperature to 325 degrees.
In a bowl, combine eggs, sour cream, cauliflower, broccoli,olives, parsley and seasonings.
Mix well.
Pour mixture into shell.
Top with cheese.
Bake 50-55 minutes or until set.
Let stand about 15 minutes before serving.

This was my go-to recipe that I made for the kids.
I still enjoy it with Sue!

You can also use the frozen winter vegetable package and thaw before using. Drain all excess water!!
