1 lb pork loin or butt
1 chopped onion
1 chopped bell pepper
1 pkg lipton onion soup mix
1 pkg pork gravy mix
1can mushroom steak sauce
green onions
Cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Cut & season pork, (sausage, chicken, etc); brown in pot, adding a little water when browned & sticking. Continue this until meat is nicely browned & gravy is making. Add chopped vegetables and brown a couple more times. Add rest of ingredients except for green onions (add last)
Bring to boil, then reduce heat & simmer for about 1 1/2 hours or meat is tender; checking & stirring occasionally. Add water as needed. Careful not to cook meat to pieces. Add cooked rice.
To make go further; add another can of mushroom steak sauce.
