Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 stick butter
1 cup sugar
½ tsp salt
3 cups crushed cornflakes
1 quart vanilla ice cream
1 16 oz carton cool whip
¾ tsp cinnamon
Honey, Chocolate Syrup, Caramel Syrup
Cherries

Directions:
Directions:
Set ice cream out to soften for about 30 minutes. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat and add sugar and salt, stir about 2 to 3 minutes until it starts to bubble. Add cornflakes and continue cooking, stirring constantly for 5 to 6 minutes or until the cornflakes are slightly caramelized and browned. (Be careful not to cook too long or the sugar will burn).

Add a little more than ½ of the cornflakes to the bottom of a 13 x 9 pan. Pat the cornflakes to the bottom of the pan so they are level. Let the crust cool to room temperature.

Mix ice cream, ½ of the whipped topping and cinnamon in a mixer, just until it is thoroughly combined.

Spread ice cream mixture evenly over cornflake layer. Sprinkle the remaining cornflake mixture over the ice cream.

Cover and return to the freezer for 4 hours.

Drizzle each portion with honey, caramel or chocolate before serving, then top with whipped cream and a cherry.
