1 C. dry Oatmeal
1/2 C. ground flax seed
1/2 C. chocolate chips or raisins
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 C. peanut butter
1/3 C. honey

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients together, Oatmeal, flax seed, Choc.chips or raisins and Cinnamon. Stir well.
In a small bowl, mix vanilla, peanut butter and honey together.
Add peanut butter mixture to dry ingredients. Using the back of a spoon, mash ingredients together, until well mixed.
Refrigerate dough until hardened. With a small ice-cream scoop, make round balls. Place on wax paper and store in the refrigerator in a plastic sealed container.
