4 C. croutons
1 ½ lbs. of sausage
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
8 eggs
2 ½ C. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 ½ C. Shredded Cheddar Cheese (Need 2 ½ Cups total)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs, 2 C. milk, and mustard.

Grease your pan. Layer croutons, cheese, then sausage. Pour egg mixture over the top. Put this in fridge over night.

The following morning top with 1 Can of Cream of Mushroom soup mixed with a ½ Cup of milk. Add another cup of cheese on top. Bake 1 hour at 350º.
