4 - 5 pkg. chopped spinach
4 T. butter
2 T. flour
2 T. onion, chopped fine
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. vegetable liquor
1/2 tsp. black pepper
3/4 tsp. celery salt
3/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. salt
6 oz. hot pepper cheese (Monterey Jack)
1 tsp. Worchester sauce
Red pepper to taste

Directions:

Cook spinach as directed.

Melt butter and add flour. Slowly add vegetable liquor and make a cream sauce. Add cheese and other ingredients. Put in casserole and top with buttered bread crumbs.

Bake 30 minutes at 350 F.
