1/2 taza de mayonesa, 1 queso crema, 1 cda. de jugo de limón, 1/2 cdta. de sal, 1/2 cdta. de azúcar, 1/2 taza de queso parmesano o pecorino rallado, 3 dientes de ajo, 2 paquetes de hojas de espinaca hervidas y escurridas. Pimienta negra molida al gusto.

Directions:
Cocine las hojas de espinacas, preferiblemente lavadas, en una olla con agua hirviendo y sal al gusto. No las tape porque se oxidan. Al estar cocinadas, escurra y exprima para eliminar el agua. Deje enfriar.
Triture en la licuadora todos los ingredientes (mayonesa, queso crema, espinacas, sal, azúcar, ajos, jugo de limón y pimienta recién molida). Al final agregue el queso parmesano de forma envolvente.
Coloque en un recipiente y lleve a la nevera hasta el momento de servir. Acompañe con palitos de zanahoria, palmitos, tallos de apio y tiras de pimentones rojo, amarillo y verde.
