2 8oz pkgs. cream cheese - softened
¾ cup mayonnaise
½ cup sour cream
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dry minced garlic
2 TBS. parsley flakes
1 TBS. onion flakes
¼ tsp. dill weed
¼ tsp. salt
1 pound imitation crabmeat – shredded
1 13 ¾ oz. can artichoke hearts – drained and coarsely chopped

Pre-heat oven to 350.
Mix all ingredients thoroughly by hand.
Place mixture in a shallow oven-safe dish and bake uncovered on rack in the center of the oven for 45 minutes.
Serve hot with slices of sourdough baguette or snack crackers.

If time permits, mix the dry herbs and salt in a small bowl with ¼ cup of the sour cream to re-hydrate for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.
Low fat mayo and/or low fat cream cheese can be used in this recipe.
