2 pks dry yeast
1/4 cup lukewarm water
1/3 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp salt
2 beaten eggs
4 to 41/2 cups flour
2 tbsp. orange rind
FILLING:
1/3 cup butter
1 cup powered sugar
1 cup ground nuts
TOPPING:
1/4 cup orange juice
3 tbls sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Soak dry yeast in lukewarm water. Scald milk, pour into a large bowl and add butter, sugar & salt. When lukewarm add yeast, eggs, flour & orange rind. Cover and let stand 30 minutes.

Roll out to 12 x 20 inches. Cover half (long side) with filling. Fold over the other half. Cut in 1 inch strips (short side) and twist 3 or 4 times. Place on a greased cookie sheet. Holding one end down on pan roll into snail shape. Let rise 35 minutes.

Bake at 350* F for 15 minutes then with pastry brush spread topping over rolls then bake for 5 minutes more.

FILLING: cream butter, powdered sugar & nuts.

TOPPING: Mix orange juice & sugar.
