1 angel food cake mix (Betty Crocker 1 step)
1 can Wilderness lemon pie filling
1 cup coconut (optional)
Glaze:
2 cups confectioners sugar
2-4 tbsp. water
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together cake mix and lemon pie filling.

Bake at 350º for 20 - 25 min.
Bake in a lightly greased jelly roll pan.
