2 lbs. carrots, peeled and cut julienne
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. salt
1 (8 oz.) can whole berry cranberry sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Boil or steam carrots until partially cooked; drain. In a baking dish, combine brown sugar, butter and salt. Add cranberry sauce and carrots. Toss carrots until coated with sauce. Bake at 350º for 15-20 minutes. Serves 8.
