1 can Pineapple tidbits - drained (keep)
1 pkg. (3 oz.) lime jello
1 c. orange juice
1 can mandarin oranges - drained
2 bananas sliced
1/2 pt. whipping cream - whipped
sliced or slivered almonds (optional)
maraschino cherries - halved

Directions:
Directions:
Drain juice from pineapple tidbits and add to water to make 1 c. liquid. Bring to a boil and pour over and dissolve jello. Add orange juice and set - then whip with a mixer. Add tidbits, oranges, and bananas. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into a container and sprinkle with almonds. Garnish with well-drained maraschino cherry halves.
This will fill a 9" square pan to the top or a 9"x13" pan a little better than half way.
