3 c. all purpose flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 beaten eggs
3/4 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 8 oz can crushed pineapple, with juice
2 c. mashed bananas (about 6)
Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 5 ingredients in large bowl. Add eggs and oil, stir until dry ingredients are moistened. DO NOT BEAT. Stir in vanilla, pineapple, with juice and bananas. Pour batter into greased and floured 9 x 13 pan. Bake 350º till tooth pick comes out clean.(50-60 minutes) Cool completely. Frost with cream cheese frosting. Top with chopped walnuts, pecans or coconut as desired.
