Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 head cauliflower, cooked. Either cut into bite size pieces or left whole
1/2 c. mayo
2 Tbsp mustard
shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook cauliflower until it is fork tender. Let it drain REALLY good in a strainer. Mix mayo and mustard together then add enough shredded cheese to make a paste. Put cauliflower in a glass baking dish. Spread paste over the top. Put in the oven under the broiler until cheese melts and starts to brown.
*** you can cut your cauliflower into bite size pieces which is the more practical way to serve it, but it is fun to leave it whole and put the paste over it like hair and broil it that way***
