1 lb. fat meat
2 lb. catfish or rockfish
1 T. brown sugar
1 T. salt(season to taste)
1 lb. onions
1 qt. tomato juice
1 small bottle ketchup
1 tsp. black pepper
1 small jar pimiento

Directions:
Directions:
Brown fat meat and onions. Add other ingredients and cook on medium heat until it comes to a boil. Let simmer for about an hour.
Serve over rice or slices of bread.
