chocolate mousse
prepared pie fillings
fresh fruit
whipped cream or Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Let the puff pastry sheets come to room temperature. Unfold the sheet onto a floured surface. Using a sharp knife cut the pastry into 9 squares using natural folds of the pastry as your guide (you can also use a round cookie cutter). Put the cut pastry onto ungreased cookie sheets, brush with egg wash and cook according to the package directions. Once cooled, cut each pastry in half. Pipe or spoon filling of your choice onto one half and top with remaining half. Decorate the top by sifting powdered sugar on it, piping whipped cream or drizzling melted chocolate – choice is yours.
