1 - 10 inch prepared graham cracker pie crust
3 1/3 cups sweetened condensed milk
1/2 envelope unflavored gelatin
2/3 cups fresh or bottled Key Lime juice
2 large egg whites, stiffly beaten
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Bake piecrust per directions and chill while preparing filling.

Heat lime juice just to boiling, add gelatin and stir to dissolve. Cool to room temperature.

Combine sweetened condensed milk with lime juice, fold in egg whites and chill for at least 6 hours.

Whip cream with 1/4 cup sugar until stiff. Top pie with whipped cream before serving. Makes 8 servings.
