Ingredients:  
1 pork roast, medium
2 T. minced cilantro
1 medium onion, finely diced
1 Knorr Homestyle Chicken stock bullion cup. (You can substitute 1 c. chickent stock if you have some already made & in the fridge).
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp season salt
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 c. water
1 pkg tortillas (corn are best)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Coat both sides of the roast with salt, pepper, & season salt.
2. Place roast in a crockpot.
3. Add in the cilantro, onion, garlic, Knorr bullion, & water.
4. Cook in crockpot over low for 8 hours (4 on high)
5. Pull apart the roast with forks or tongs (at this point the roast should just be falling apart.
6. Stir the mixture to make sure that the pork, onions & juices are fully combined.
7. Serve on tortillas of your choice.
