1 Rabbit, cut in serving pieces
Salt & pepper
1/8 tsp Oregano
2 T Milk
1 Egg
1/2 C Flour
1/2 C Fine dry bread crumbs
Vegetable Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle each rabbit piece with salt, pepper and oregano. Combine milk and egg; beat lightly.
Dip rabbit in flour, then in egg mixture, ten in bread crumbs.
Brown on all sides in 1/2 inch vegetable oil heated to 375ēŠ
Reduce heat. Cook 20 - 30 minutes or until tender
