Dough Ingredients
4 cups flour
1 tablespoons baking powder
1 + 1/2 cups water
A pinch of salt

Potato Mix Ingredients
4 medium potatoes
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon cumin
6 small boiled potatoes (makes 1 cup of mashed potatoes)
Hot peppers to taste (if needed)

Directions:
Directions:
Boil the peeled potatoes and mash. Add salt, garlic, hot peppers and cumin.
Combine all of the potato mix ingredients together and set aside.
Mix the flour, salt and baking powder together.
Add water and knead to make a dough.
Knead a second time, then break into small dough balls.
Flatten dough balls and fill with potato mix.
Close by folding in half round cakes, close edges with the end of a fork.
Deep fry until golden brown for about 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown. (Or bake for 20 to 25 minutes in a 375 degree oven.)
