2 1/2 cup water
2 Tbsp yeast
2 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp salt
1/3 cup oil
about 6 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix water, yeast, sugar, salt and oil together. Let sit 5 minutes, than add flour, a little at a time, until you have a soft ball. Cut dough in half. Roll out in a rectangle, than roll from the small side into a tube shape. Let it rise until double in size, or until it reaches the size you would like. Bake at 350º for about 25 minutes or until golden brown. It makes 2 loaves.
