1 lb ground sausage
1 large onion diced
2 green peppers, diced
2 4oz cans green chilis
3 large tomatoes, or 1 quart canned diced tomatoes, drained
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
1 lb carton sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage, add onion and green peppers. Simmer until veggies are soft. DO NOT DRAIN FAT. Add tomatoes and green chilis. Fold in sour cream and cream cheese. Simmer at least 1 ½ hours or GREAT in a crockpot. Stir occasionally.
