1 box of chocolate cake mix

2 8-oz packages cream cheese
2 cups Ricotta Cheese
4 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract

FROSTING:

1 small box instant vanilla pudding
1 cup milk
8 oz cool whip

Spread evenly over cooled cake and refrigerate.

Preheat oven to 350º. Lightly grease 13" x 9" pan. Prepare cake mix as directed on box and pour into pan. Combine cream cheese, Ricotta, eggs, sugar, and vanilla and mix together. Gently pour over cake mix. Bake at 350º 50-60 minutes. Cool cake before frosting.

Stir milk into pudding until pudding throughly mixed and is thick. Add cool whip and fold into pudding.

This cake needs to be almost overdone to keep it from falling apart. Can be tricky . . .
