1 tube crescent rolls
1 pkg crumbled sausage or sausage patties (pre-cooked, pork or turkey)
2 cups shredded cheese - Monterey Jack, Cheddar or combination
1/2 green pepper - chopped
1/2 onion - chopped
4 eggs
3/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp oregano

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º. Unroll crescent dough and press into a 13x9x2 pan.
Crumble sausage evenly over dough.
Layer shredded cheese, pepper and onion.

In a blender, place eggs, milk, salt, pepper and oregano. Blend until mixed. Pour over other ingredients.

Bake for 20-25 minutes. Serve hot, warm or cold.
