1 lb. fresh cranberries
1 1/4 cup sugar
1 cup red currant preserves
1 cup water
1 cup coarsly chopped walnuts
2 rbl grated orange peel

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cranberries, sugar, preserves & water in large saucepan. Heat to boiling, reduce heat. Simmer uncovered 20 min. Skim foam, remove from heat. Stir in walnuts and orange peel.

Refrigerate covered overnight. Freezes well
