1 c. regular oats
1/2 c. sesame seeds
1& 1/2 c. dried apricots, finely chopped
1&1/2c. cranberries
1 c. sweetened coconut
1 c. chopped almonds
1/2 c. non fat dry milk - optional
1/2 c. sunflower seeds - optional
1 c, rice krispies
1 c. light corn syrup
1 tsp almond extract - optional

3/4 c. sugar
1&1/4 c. chunk style peanut butter

Directions:
Directions:
Bake the oats at 325 until golden, Meanwhile put sesame seeds in a frying pan and toast them. (I do the oats like this as well.)
Pour into a large bowl and add the rest of the dry ingredients.
In a pot bring the corn syrup and sugar to a rolling boil over medium high heat and then stir in the peanut butter and then almond extract if using.
Pour into the dry ingredients and spread out on a greased 10 x 15 inch pan
cool
cut into bars and wrap individually in saran wrap.
