3/4 stick of butter
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 cup coconut
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup butterscotch chips
1 cup coarsely chopped pecans and /or walnuts
1 small can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375º. In preheating oven, melt the stick of butter in a 9 X 13 inch baking pan, do not let butter begin to sizzle.

2. Spread graham cracker crumbs over butter, and press down lightly to form a crust for the cookies.

3. Spread chips, nuts and coconut evenly over crust.

4. Make two holes in the Eagle Brand can with a triangular bottle opener and drizzle the condensed milk evenly over the chips.

5. Bake at 375º for 20-25 minutes. Let cool and cut into small squares.

6. Variations include substituting peanuts and peanut butter chips or toffee chips for the nuts and butterscotch chips. Omit the chocolate chips and substitute peeled chopped Granny Smith apples (about 2 small apples) and sprinkle a little cinnamon on top. Use white chocolate chips or raisins.
