2 packages cream cheese, softened
1 can (8 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 cup finely chopped bell pepper (green or red)
3 Tbsp finely chopped green onion
2 tsp seasoned salt, or to taste
2 cups chopped pecans, divided

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except 1 cup of chopped pecans. Chill in fridge until firm then shape into a ball. Just before serving, roll ball in remaining cup of pecans. Makes about 3 cups of cheese spread.

This came from a relief society meeting. I was pretty huge pregnant and I'm pretty sure I ate 75% of the cheese ball myself. :)
