1 lg. loaf of dry bread, cut in small cubes
1 lb. butter
5 onions, chopped
4 apples, peeled and cut into small pieces
1 T. poultry seasoning
2 eggs
Salt
Pepper
1/2 pt. cream

Directions:

Melt butter.
Saute onions and apples.
Add bread and all other ingredients.

Pack loosely in an 10-12 pound turkey.

Note: also excellent with a pork roast.
