Directions: |
Directions:Beat egg whites with sugar - made a firm "snow" out of it, after that add the yolks. In a different bowl mix the baking powder with the flour and breadcrumbs and only after gently mix it into the first bowl. Finally, add the nut flour. Pour into a greased springform cake form. Bake in a preheated oven at 300º for 5 minutes. and then reduce temperature to 180-200º and bake for 30-40 minutes. After baking we let the cake cool down.. Take a big knife and cut the cake into 2-3 rings and fill it with the filling.
Filling: Cook one box vanilla pudding or use instant, divided into thirds.
1st filling: 2/3 of the vanilla pudding - mix it with cocoa or chocolate 2nd filling: mix 1/3 of the pudding with lemon juice. 3rd filling: any kind of jam
The chocolate filling goes inside and the outside as well - at the top and sides of the cake. You can decorate it with Smarties at the end. Best if let sit overnight! |

Personal
Notes: I have one special recipe for a cake. My grandfather always used to do it on Sundays. He died last year, so I made it for Mato and Ivka for their wedding. These are pictures from cutting the cake. It's the best cake in the world and my favorite. There is no flour, its made all out of walnuts.
