1 egg white
1 tbsp. water
1 lb. pecan halves
1 c. Splenda (granulated)
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. ground cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 250 degrees F. Line one baking sheet with foil.

In a mixing bowl, whip together the egg white and water until frothy. In a separate bowl, mix together Splenda, salt and cinnamon. Add pecans to egg whites, stir to coat nuts evenly. Remove the nuts and toss them with the cinnamon/Splenda mixture until coated. Spread nuts out on prepared baking sheet.

Bake at 250 degrees F for one hour. Stir every 15 minutes.
