4 eggs
1 1/4 c. oil
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
3 c. shredded carrots
1 c. raisins soaked overnight in spiced rum (drained)
1/4 cup spiced rum

Icing
1/2 c. butter
8 oz. cream cheese
3 c. icing sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the first 11 ingredients together. Stir in carrots and drained raisins. Pour into greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350º for 40 - 50 minutes.

After cake cools, brush with spiced rum.

Icing
Cream together butter and cream cheese. Add icing sugar and vanilla.
