2 lb fresh brussel sprouts
½ c sun-dried tomatoes
⅓ c pine nuts
3 T butter, melted
3 T olive oil
1 t sea salt
½ t pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Remove discolored leaves and stems from brussel sprouts and cut them in half. Toss together all ingredients except sun-dried tomatoes and pine nuts. Bake at 425º for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden and tender, stirring once halfway through and adding sun-dried tomatoes and pine nuts during the last 5 minutes of baking time.

Do not use frozen brussel sprouts. They are too watery and don't get crispy.
