5 med squash
8 oz sour cream
1 sm chopped onion
1 can rotel undrained
1 stick butter melted
1 can cream mushroom soup
8 oz corn bread stuffing (Peppridge Farm)
3/4 cup cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Boil squash until soft. Do not overcook. Slice after cooling.
Add butter to stuffing and stir.
Add all other ingredients and stir well.
Place in 9 x 13 inch pan that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray
Bake at 350º for 15 minutes and stir.
Bake for 20 more minutes until heated through.
