1 - 3 lb rotisserie chicken - de-boned
12 oz bottle Frank's buffalo wing sauce
2 pkg cream cheese
2 c ranch dressing
2 c cheddar cheese (or more)
5 oz pkg Treasure Cave Blue Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º
Mix buffalo sauce with chicken and spread it into a 9 x 13 in pan.
Place cream cheese and ranch dressing into a medium size saucepan. Heat over medium heat, stirring frequently, until hot and smooth. Do not boil. Pour mixture on top of chicken. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes. Add cheeses bake for 10 - 15 minutes more - don't overcook or it will harden. Serve with pita chips or other types of chips.

Frank's wing sauce is the best - I've tried 2 or 3 others and they don't compare. I prefer Treasure Cave blue cheese as well, but that's not as critical.
