1 cucumber
1 pack of tomatoes
1 medium container of bocconcini cheese
Olive oil
Balsamic vinegar
Fresh basil
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cut tomatoes, cucumber and cheese into relatively same sized chunks.

2. Cut fresh basil into thinly sliced strips.

3. In a small bowl mix equal parts olive oil and balsamic vinegar; add fresh basil, salt and pepper to taste.

4. Drizzle dressing over cucumbers, tomatoes and cheese.
