2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
1 t vanilla
½ lb butter
1 c flour
4 eggs
¼ t salt
2 c sugar
2 c chopped pecans
6 T cocoa

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate with butter in a small saucepan or in microwave. Beat eggs well in large mixer bowl; gradually beat in sugar until mixture is fluffy-thick. Stir in vanilla and chocolate mixture. Fold in flour, cocoa powder, salt and nuts just until blended. Pour into 8” by 12” pan. Bake in 350˚ oven for 30 minutes or until shiny and firm. Do not over bake. Middle should be slightly soft.
