Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 large onions
1 can chicken broth
4 T chopped garlic
1 can beef broth
olive oil
½ c honey
2 big cans chopped or diced tomatoes
1 can tomato paste
2 big cans tomato sauce
3 T Italian seasoning
1 big can crushed tomatoes
¼ c chopped fresh basil leaves
2 c red wine
Tony’s

Directions:
Directions:
Chop onions. Heat small amount of olive oil in a big pot on medium high. Add onions and garlic. Fry till slightly browned. Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, crushed tomatoes, red wine, chicken broth, beef broth, tomato paste, and honey and heat slowly till a very slow boil/simmer. Cook 30 - 45 minutes. Add Italian seasoning, basil, and Tony’s. Track what you do each batch and adjust basil and Italian Seasoning for your taste. Return to slow simmer and cook for 1 hour. Add Tony’s and taste for salt. When it is salty enough, the spice will also be there (just like the Tony’s container says). If you want less spicy marinara, then cut down the Tony’s and replace with plain salt. Why you would want less spice though, I don’t know?
