Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 ½ Cups Old fashioned oatmeal (not instant)
2 ½ Cups Skim milk
2 Cartons Egg beaters, equivalent to 4 eggs
½ Cup Canola Oil (can use whatever you have)
4 Tsp. Baking powder
4 Egg Whites, beaten until fluffy
(can use ½ cup of egg whites from carton or
the dry egg whites equal to ½ cup)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients together first then add the wet ingredients. Fold in the egg whites. Pour into waffle iron. I add brown sugar, cinnamon and Splenda (as much as I like).
You can do the trial and error test to find the right amount for you. Mix will keep in refrigerator several days or you can make all at once and refrigerate. Reheat in toaster.
This does lower your cholesterol. It lowered Roger’s 20 points.
