6 boneless pork loin chops
3 tbsp. of orange juice
2 tsp. of steak spice
1 tbsp. of vegetable oil
2 tbsp. of dijon mustard
1/3 cup of orange marmalade

Directions:
Directions:
1. Brush both sides of the pork chops with 1 tbsp. of orange juice; sprinkle both sides with seasoning.

2. In a large pan, cook chops in oil over medium heat for 8-12 min, flipping regularly. Remove pan from heat and transfer chops to a serving platter.

3. Stir mustard into pan drippings; whisk in marmalade and remaining orange juice.

4. Return to heat; cook and stir until boiling. Pour sauce over pork chops.
