Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 lbs top sirloin steak
½ c + 1 T Hooch Juice
1 large onion
¼ c + 1 T soy sauce
1 bunch broccoli
3 T sesame oil
1 bunch asparagus
¼ c + 1 T rice wine
1 can bamboo shoots
1 T Hoisin sauce
1 green peppers
1 can beef broth
water chestnuts or snow peas
2 T cornstarch dissolved in a small amount of COLD water

Directions:
Directions:
Slice beef very thin into 1/8 inch by one inch by two inch pieces. Add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and sesame oil to marinade. You want the beef to quick cook so it stays tender.

Cut onions into strips about ½ inch by 1½ inch long. Cut/slice all the other veggies into the same size. Slice them very thin, “Chinese style”.

Heat a few tablespoons olive oil in wok or big skillet or use bacon grease if you have it. Stir fry all the veggies in batches to precook. Hint…sprinkle a little water onto the veggies as you cook them to help with steaming them a bit. Place veggies in bowl when cooked.

Cook beef in cast iron skillet over medium high heat. Do in batches, not all at once so beef stir fries and doesn’t slow fry. Cook on high fast for just a minute or two. Medium rare is perfect.

Add about ½ cup Hooch Juice into wok and bring up to medium high heat. Cook off most of liquid from Hooch Juice stirring so that the ginger and jalapeno in the Hooch are cooked. Add Beef. Add veggies. Add ¼ cup Soy Sauce and Rice Wine. Add 2 tablespoons Sesame Oil. Add Hoisin Sauce. Add beef stock. Once all ingredients are heated, add corn starch slowly, stirring in to let sauce thicken.
