1 bottle of White Wine (1 cup for the Salmon Marinade, the rest to be consumed while cooking to facilitate culinary inspiration)
1 cup of brown sugar
2 cups of soy sauce
1 filet of Salmon

Directions:
Directions:
1. Marinate salmon in a mixture of white wine, brown sugar and soy sauce for 3-8 hours.

2. Place salmon on aluminum foil and barbeque at 300º F for 20 min. (until top is no longer translucent)
