6 oz package strawberry gelatin
1 c boiling water
2 - 10 oz packages frozen, sliced strawberries, thawed
20 oz can crushed pineapple, drained
3 medium bananas, mashed
1 c coarsely chopped pecans
8 oz package cream cheese
1 c sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, stir gelatin in boiling water until dissolved. Add strawberries with juice, drained pineapple, bananas, and nuts. Pour one-half of this mixture into a 12” by 8” by 2” container and refrigerate until firm. Soften cream cheese and combine with sour cream. Spread evenly over chilled layer; gently spoon on remaining half of strawberry mixture. Chill. Cut into squares and serve on lettuce leaf for salad, or plain for dessert.
