1 can chickpeas, drained (reserve ½ c liquid)
3 cloves garlic
1 t salt
½ c olive oil
¼ c lemon juice
¼ c tahini
cayenne to taste

tomatoes
feta
sundried tomatoes
capers
pickled garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Place ingredients in blender or food processor without reserved liquid. Process until smooth. Add as much reserved liquid as necessary to desired consistency. Adjust seasonings to taste.

Spread hummus in bottom of a flat dish. Top with tomatoes and feta. You can also add sundried tomatoes or capers.
