2 - 8 oz cream cheese
½ c dried cranberries
¼ c green onions, chopped
4 oz Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
¼ c parsley, chopped
2 T butter
¼ t salt
½ c dried apricots, chopped
¼ c slivered almonds, toasted

Directions:
Directions:
Cut up cream cheese and butter. Place in the food processor with Gorgonzola and salt and mix until smooth.

Line an 8” by 4” loaf pan with plastic wrap. Grease with cooking spray. Layer the following ingredients in order: cranberries, ⅓ cream cheese mixture, green onions, parsley, ⅓ cream cheese mixture, apricots, ⅓ cream cheese mixture. Use a small spatula greased with cooking spray to spread cream cheese mixture over other ingredients without mixing. Cover and chill until firm, overnight. Turn uncovered pan upside down on a serving plate and remove very gently. Top torta with toasted slivered almonds.

Serve with “fancy” crackers.
